based around our three core competencies of the company, these offerings aim to provide
solutions to your home technology problems.
Home Phone - Do you need a telephone socket moving or an additional one? Yo may need
one for your SKY box or Virgin Media installation to work correctly.
Broadband - Are you getting the speed and performance you expect or are paying for?
Many broadband customers lately have reported they aren’t getting the speeds that
they expect, but without any real evidence or knowledge they aren’t able to argue
with their supplier. We are able to use test equipment to gain a true measure of
your ISP’s actual performance, we will supply you with a report in electronic form
(PDF) which you are able to send to your ISP should it be needed.
Home Wireless Network - Are you having problems connecting or is it slow? We are
able to survey your wireless giving just advice or reprogramming should you require
it (as long as your WiFi router is able and accessible) We can also assist with securing
your home WiFi, did you know it is your responsibility if it has been used for any
illegal activity!
Untidy Exterior Cables - Do you have aerial /SKY dish / telephone cables that have
come loose? We can re-fix them and where possible reroute them to make them far less
unsightly (excluding roofs) If they are faulty they can be repaired or replaced (additional
cost may be incurred)
Burglar Alarms - Is your Alarm working or do you need additional sensors? New installations,
replacements or just an additional sensor we are able to help. If you have had a
new conservatory built and need it covering for instance.
CCTV - With all the burglaries taking place at present and the Alarm not always being
an effective deterrent to criminals, CCTV is becoming more widespread in homes. From
a single camera to a full perimeter system there are many options. All the systems
we install have Hard drives to store recorded images, motion detection, internet
access (view your home from anywhere in the world) mobile phone access (view from
selected mobile phones - data charges may apply)
